Yes, you found it! I have the paddle shifters and I got it at South Motors. When you say ETA 10/29... is that 10/29 at the dealer or at the VPC.

your car is in transit with an ETA to VPC of 10/27 - your car should be at dealer by a week from monday.

and Fred S: the ETA numbers I always give are to VPC. This means that if you are able to find out your vessel info, the boat will usually arrive 1-2 days BEFORE the VPC ETA, and then to your dealer 2-3 days AFTER the VPC ETA. the time it takes to get in your hands after it arrives at dealer depends upon how busy they are and more likely how willing they are to put the prep of your car at the top of their priority list (actual prep does not take very long at all, just usually not a top priority for them to get around to it)

BTW...Your sig says that you have 15% tints on your 335i. I live in South Florida so I'll be getting tints installed almost as soon as I drive off the lot. How is the visibility at night with the 15%? I'm debating the 15% or 28% for my 335i. Are the black and grey 335s in your sig pic yours? Would you happen to know the tint percentage? They look like the perfect shading...not too light or too black...

Hi Nelphus, in an attempt to help doc325 figure out where his car is, can you find out if we have the same ETA to the VPC, and which VPC (NY or SC) it is? My car was on the Mignon, and listed as discharged at NY on Oct 19. If we both have the same VPC date and place then his lost car would be found. Thanks!

fred s: the tint on those 335i's in my sig are identical : Formula 1 Pinnacle Series 15%. Visibility looks fine to me for night driving, and best of all my auto dimming mirror still works as I notice the green shade change when i'm getting beamed (the non-ceramic tint on my ZHP disabled the auto-dimming mirror)
- Forumla One, pinnacle only comes in 15, 35, 50 otherwise I was looking for 20-25
My brother's first bimmer is the black one in the sig - identical options to mine, black sapphire/coral red

- we ordered ours at same time

and Sans123 - I might want to re-check your status if you say it went to "in transit" on 10/16 ... I know OC is always way behind my updates, but it still seems too fast if you orginally thought you were on the bellona, I dont see how I could of messed that up but I'm going to double check asap so look for an update in the next batch

I just called BMWNA Cust. Service and the automated system said my car was "at the port, awaiting transport on a shipping vessel." btw - how long would you guess it could be for my car's delivery? I think I'm still on target for about the last week of Nov.; maybe sooner?

sflgator, you need to find out which ship you are on. Check the WW site and see which ships are in Bremmerhaven. Try the "track cargo" (use your entire VIN#) at the WW site and see what you get. Check on the "Anyone else on the Mignon?" thread in this section for examples of how to use the websites to track your babe.

Thanks, except I don't have my car's VIN #. Can I track it by Production #?

I think you need the VIN#. Production # works for BMW stuff, but for outside the co. you need the VIN. You should be able to get it from your CA.
