so you will get brand new set of aftermarket turbo or are they working on set of used turbo you got? will size be the same or differ?

you can tell us that much...... i'm not interested in bigger turbo if that's what you are after since it will most likely require manifold and such. i don't feel safe how much our engine can actually take it neither...

I'm very excited about the near future. EPL has dominated the B5 S4 and 996TT tuning market, and I hope to see them do the very same to the 335i market. Every EPL tuned car I've ridden in has truly left an outstanding impression.

PS- I may be doing the same upgrade.

Ok... i'll spill the beans. It turns out that the turbo on the 2003 Mazdaspeed Miata is a direct bolt-on to the n54. So JP found two salvaged engines at Mazdacarparts.com bought the turbos.

I'm not far from you jp. I'd like a ride in the 335 once it's done. I may be getting the jb3 beta next week and plan a to throw a dp in there too so it would be nice to do some comparison for everyone here.

HPF is making an intake manifold and Exhaust manifold; however the exhaust is for the Single GT35R and GT40R

Don't get it. There is no information what will be done and by whom. How should this succeed ? What about stress testing ? IMO the TD upgrade is a much more mature project with pretty good results up to now.

Is it only me ?

+1: other companies have put alot of R&D into the N54 turbo upgrade projets. So I don't think this suddenly came "out of nowhere".

My theory: Shiv had been working on this project for some time, and decided to release it to public now, and make the first set available to his #1 fanboy (j/k no offense ).

Looking forward to the outcome of this nonetheless!
