My CA cled..car will be at dealer 01/23..will have ipod kit installed..will pick up my 07 E92 01/27...now i just have to tell my wife...and figure out how to pay for it...still plenty of time,right?

glad to hear we're getting some positive information on deliveries. i was swamped today and didn't have time to check with my CA for delivery but definitely will tomorrow.

shades80 - too bad you went with a completely different color combination; your wife might not have even noticed the difference! good luck!

orangecounty949 - it looks like you're on the hook for the first set of baby pics for our crew. get the batteries charged and ready to go on that camera! those of us farther away may need to ogle yours until we get ours... we promise not to too much!

i know there are a few others on board that have been tracking along - have you heard anything from your dealers yet? its time for your CAs to start earning their take on the cars with semi-daily updates.

I was also busy all day and couldnt get in touch with CA...we'll see tomorrow!

I will definitely be taking pictures. The dealer told me that there were fewer cars that needed to be unloaded and put on trucks than usual, which means that the cars will be on their way faster. I'm not sure if that only applies to my dealership, but hopefully that means good news for everyone else as well.

glad to have helped! i can't really take credit for most of it since i just used what others before had collected before me. we just keep growing the chain so the next group has a better experience in obsessing over their cars' trek as we did. what a blast! enjoy.

i'm currently hoping for mid-next week delivery; earlier would be awesome! while the direct path to my dealer is about 40 miles, i think my return trip (weather permitting) will be more like 200 miles: out to the coast, down along 101 and then back home. some really nice twistys to get her all warmed up!

CA said today that the car has cleared VPC! It has been released to trucking company. Depending on when the car was released to Trucking Co. the car can be at the dealer as early as Friday afternoon! That means a delivery hopefully by Sat or Sun..latest by Tuesday if there are delays!!!!!!

I feel it getting closer............

thats great news FIREBALLER! i talked to my CA this morning and he said it hadn't cleared the VPC yet but he's fine with me checking in daily. he just doesn't know quite what he's in for...

Hello Everyone:

I also received a call from my salesperson and they indicated that I should have it sometime next week. The only trouble is, I have to go out of town on business from Wednesday till Friday evening...

I can only hope that I can pick it up on Monday because picking it up on Tuesday evening then driving straight home only to leave the next morning could be worse than waiting until next Saturday...

Everytime the phone rings now I find myself running to answer it...

Orange County! I am awaiting to see pics!

My CA stated that the car should be trucked in today or tomorow. If the car gets in tomorrow, I may have it by Monday. If the car gets in this afternoon they will take the car directly for tint and cleaned up and ready for a pose on Sunday!

the interior shot looked pretty cool with the various lighting going on but daylight pics will definitely show the exterior colors much better.

my car has been released to trucking but hasn't hitched a ride yet. i'm hoping for early next week but it will probably be closer to the end.

i'm definitely a one off with my green and grey! my dealer looked at me funny when i said green - he checked the west coast inventory for unsold cars and there were only two! and that was independent of _any_ options.

pics will definitely come up as soon as possible. since i'll only have a few days with it before i leave for a trip i may just have to go take it away for some quality time. :rocks:
