Ditto on Calgary BMW. I'm getting a 335i of course. I scoff at 328's now when I see them, slow POS

Although they are driving a bimmer and I of course am sitting here without one, who's the POS now??

It seems though that it has been delayed once again for the folks in the US.
The last delay said arriving in Halifax on the 27th and leaving on the 27th as well.
Now it says arrving on the 27th still but only leaving on the 28th...

They somehow still have the NYC arrival set for 1/29 even though it's leaving Halifax on the 28th now instead of the 27th. We'll see if it holds or not. Looks like she made a lot of ground today.

I am hopeful that I could take delivery a week or so from the arrival in NYC so around 2/5.

The AIDA has left Halifax and is en route to NY. Woohoo! About time. It is supposed to be here tomorrow. The Sailwx site hasn't updated to reflect the AIDA yet so it may have just left.

Looks like the AIDA has been delayed once again. She’s not scheduled to get into NY/NJ until the 30th at 02:00. This was last updated on the 26th.

Make sure that you set a search date from yesterday through a few days out.

Hopefully I can still pick my car up this weekend, but it’s looking less likely.

Hmmm...I wonder who's correct, the port or WW Logistics. WW Logistics still has the AIDA arriving in NYC today and they usually update pretty well. The Port shows tomorrow, but the last update says 1/26 which was Friday.

On the flip side, I just talked to my new CA today (apparently my old CA left the company last week which would be why I haven't gotten any responses to my emails!) and he said that they are usually able to deliver within 7 days of the car reaching port so by this time next week I should be driving my car instead of talking about it!

It seems odd that the port would have updated on the 26th with the new data while the shipping company updates more often. Maybe WWL is being optimistic? I guess we'll find out tonight.

Yeah, the WW Logistics site just got updated that the NYC arrival is now tomorrow 1/30. That's crazy, 19 days from Bremerhaven to NYC. So much for this being one of the newer ships in the fleet leading to better smoother deliveries.

YIPPEE! My car has now been discharged! So now I guess I am about a week from taking delivery. I can't believe it took 19 days from Bremerhaven to NYC with only a couple 1 day stops, but it's here now.

Just for anyone's interest - my car was on the Aida and my CA informed me today that my car has left Halifax on its way to Toronto (by way of rail of course)

Hello shipill,
This means that your car has been dropped off in Halifax at the VPC. Your CA will have exact information on where it is, and when you can expect it. But judging from where you are and the date that car got to Halifax, you can probably expect delivery in a couple of weeks if not sooner. It doesn't sound like you ordered your car since you just got the VIN and may have picked something that was coming into your dealer as stock for them and those cars tend to take a little longer to get through the VPC.
