Update: I managed to build and ship out a few kits today. The rest should go out on Monday. Calvin should have the user support forum up and running early next week. Dustin should be done with the downloadable installation video around the same time as well. Hang tight... we are really doing our best. It's never a big deal to install PROcede kits ourselves as it only takes me 7 or 8 minutes per car. But setting everything up so that a customer can do it him/herself at home, with no prior experience, takes some extra consideration.

I've already talked to everyone that had their kit shipped out yesterday. If you didn't talk to me, your kit will go out on Monday. Which means that it will arrive by the end of the week. From now onwards, I don't know if it is feasible to call every person before shipping since we've tried that before and it seems we can only get a hold of people less than 50% of the time. Plus, we're all very busy trying to get the support systems (forum, video, instructions, etc,.) up and running by this weekend so you guys can install the kits without any hassle. We're going to start making it a habit to take peoples' email addresses with orders so that our UPS computer can send out an automatic email, with tracking number, when shipment is processed. That system will probably be up and running in a couple of weeks so don't worry if you don't get an email on Monday.

Did any of the XEDE beta testers speak w/ Shiv? I didn't. I know Shiv, Calvin and Dustin had to finish the upgrade/conversion harnesses and instructions...just wanted to know where they stand with the Upgrade/Conversion kits?

Man, someone really can't wait!!! You remind me of how I felt the few days before my 335i was delivered, and I was thinking of how relieved I'd be to get rid of my old '96 Nissan 200SX

Yes, a couple of them did. And you're not one of them I still need to finish writing the Xede-> Procede conversion instructions. So it wouldn't do you much good yet. I know your eager to get your Xede converted over to a PROcede. I am too. I just want to make sure these two conversion kits that we sent out get installed without a hitch.

Ok. thank you for your promt response and understanding, Shiv. Yes, I'm excited about converting over to the PROcede, especially since I'm getting my new wheels and Mich PS2 tires put on my MONSTER next week for better traction!!!
