MAP2 for dic is currently at 14.5psi. Previous 1-21 maps were at 15psi.

Keep in mind this is what shiv selected for beta testing and should not devolve into a why a 15 to 14.5 discussion. Its still beta.

So yes you did it right.

Ok thanks guys, he told me I could turn the boost up to what map 2 had b/c I am fully modded and on 93 but I can only access map 1 bc of my version of procede. I had never adjusted anything so I just wanted some reassurance that I did it correctly. Thanks again.

The car is an animal, nuff said.

Which begs the question, do freight trains really accelerate smartly? jk

Glad your car is driving well!

well I just got my car back from the shop. They installed the V5 1/21 updates and I couldn't be any happier with my car. Shiv's tuning along with the AWD turbos are completely insane. I cannot imagine things getting any better but I will upgrade to the latest and greatest "DIC" maps when they are official. On a side note Shiv's customer service is on point. Thanks for helping me figure out my meth issue today .

It really is phenomenal how hard the car pulls from 60 in 3rd gear. The wavy feeling I got from the torque attempting to rip the rear subframe off the car in 2nd before, now does the same in 3rd. On the downside all this extra power makes my clutch slip shifting into third now if not done very carefully , but on the upside its just a reason to get a new clutch an lightened flywheel soon.

Thanks again for all your hard work Shiv, it really shows. Don't know why anyone would want to run any other tune.

There must be something wrong with yours... I'm fairly certain mine could outrun a freight train

hi from germany,

roads are open und have no speed limit on my way to work. so i had a chance to go all the way up to 6th.

it's breathtaking, just wow! right now i can't imagine a car which could keep up all the way to 250kmh. car feels strong and smooth almost like a big V8 n/a engine.

thanks for the outstanding work, shiv! I couldn't be happier with the tune and your way of adding features!

Had some opportunity to test the newest map on dry pavement. The butt dyno is telling me that there is a noticeable improvement in throttle response and mid range power. I've never had so much traction issues in 2nd gear with my PS2's. I'm running map 4, FBO + pump + meth.

There's a local dyno competition next Sunday, and I'm planning on running my current setup on the new map. It's a different dyno than what measured my baseline and current max, but it'll be interesting nonetheless.

Keep it up, Shiv!

Holy CRAP...Finally got a taste of the DIC maps and firmware with full bolt on with meth...The car is NOTICEABLY faster in every range of rpms I was only boosting 15.5 the most!! WOW is all I can say and going from regular V4 maps to the beta DIC maps is a big big difference...Ignition advance and DIC FTW x 10000000!!!!!...Its beyond fast now and with the roads in the East Coast being being salted, the surface makes my car undriveable with the new stuff from V5 DIC maps...With DTC off the car is scary because the back end of the car keeps kicking out, LSD or XI would help thats for sure...Low end is incredibly quicker and what I notice most is the mid range is much more violent! I tried this with and without meth, but with meth its scary fast to the point the adrenaline to keep the car straight is intense! Good job Shiv...Now get me the nitrous setup already son, the wait is LONG ENOUGH!

I'm going to load up these maps tonight before my DP install tomorrow at Cobb. We are going to dyno pre-install and post-install. I'll post results when I get back!

At this point I am very happy with the performance of my car and I dont know how much better this is going to get at this point with the DIC and ignition advance...My meth setup obviously is the old one, but its functional so I will keep this system running and dont plan on changing it up..
