Inspired partially by this thread I bought myself a 5 pound bone in pork shoulder, it's pulled pork time, and some home made BBQ sauce mmmmm Saturday will be delicious.
How did the trout turn out? |

I don't use brisket for jerky, i use some thinly sliced top sirloin. that recipe is pretty much the 'traditional' jerky flavor.
