Just wanted to clarify something, correct me if I am wrong. Since the 335D water pump is belt driven, enabling this function wouldn't activate the water pump. At most, it would just run the blower motor to generate heat based on the coolant thats currently just sitting in the heater core. Since no fluid would be moving through the system, the amount of heat generated would be very limited (i.e. some benefit, but no where near as much as if more coolant had been pumped through). Is that correct?

You can code the REST to work -- but without coding, you would have the ALL functionality instead. I did the same and coded it back to REST. |

If I change: REST_TASTE_VERBAUT to Activ to enable the REST function.
Do I have to code the existing ALL button to not active or OFF? Or doing the above coding is all that's needed? |
