COBB def has the ease of use in the install/uninstall department.
Piggies are still holding there own in the features department on the gauge hijacking to show boost,IAT, map siwtching, etc and ease of use after the install. |

you do know you can view whatever u want on the cobb ap screen, right? I'd put a velcro sticky on back of the unit and stick it on the console

lol this is getting way out of hand and off topic...i just wanna know some info about the damn tunes. I am getting excited as this is my first tune and wanna get everything right. cobb seems the best to me as it seems safe and easy. i do want to beat this guy with the dinan s3 but i doubt i will now because i have to do so much to get there.
but according to jp maybe it is possible?? with just dps and ic? that is what only 1k? i might be able to do that...im reaching my limits now (already dropped about 6k on the car and only had it for 3 weeks). plus i am installing everything myself so this should save me some money. either way please more facts and ideas about this tune situation...i am very intrigued by these tunes and upgrades. |

Just seem easier to me to use the dash gauges to handle things more stealth aswell. |

and also i spent 6k for: 1. $3500 Morr vs8.2s plus tpms and tires 2. $250 eibach pro kit 3. $700 front aero lip (lost $200 from shipping after rip off on ebay) by the way dont ever buy anything not oem to do with body parts that fit to oem products lol. 4. $900 cobb 5. $500 uuc ssk evo3 (however i like the autosolutions better for e46 m3) 6. $150 zaino wax products. 7. $150 floor mats 8. $80 zcp shift knob 9. $20 clutch stop =$6250 I installed everything so I save on all of that installation fee crap lol. Was a pain in the ass but well worth it not because of the money saved but the knowledge i gained . It was hard but not that hard...plus spent some quality time with my brother that is very bored coming back from school lol. oh and plus an additional like $1000 for tools and parts that were unexpected, but i will use the tools again so guess that sort of doesnt count. I plan on putting in dps, ic and maybe exhaust so probably totaling a good $10k...that is crazy...never thought i would put that kind of money into a car. better make some serious cash now =). |

really?? how much should I have paid for the morr wheels and tires? if i bought it all separately myself i would have paid $2500 for wheels, 1100 for tires not including balancing and mounting (conti extreme dw from tirerack), and 250 for tpms = 3850. also the others i either made a mistake or didnt care enough of the difference because we were talkin probably less than 100 difference.

i just want to know how I paid too much for them...and yes morrs are the lightest 19" out there basically so it will not make me slow...actually i think they are lighter than my 18" with the tires on both sets.

I doubt they are the lightest 19" wheels available for our car, my 18" Advan RS weigh about 18.5 lbs.

like i said the lightest 19" out there...they weigh 19.83 lbs...but with the weight of your tires i am pretty sure yours and mine will weigh about the same...yours might even weigh more.

ok Bavarian and JP keep it up Bavarian, yes Dinan is slower, not sure how we are still arguing that. Hell Clem ran 12.3 @ 116mph on Procede V2 only on General Exclaims. What are we still arguing about?
