I got two fuel injectors replaced yesterday...

Get the car back last night, get a engine malfunction light and reduced power, start the car in the morning, and I get a long crank.

Took it into BMW again this morning, and I'm getting yet another fuel pump... And it was pump 433 that failed on me this time.

I think this is my 5th fuel pump..Bought the car new in Nov, 08 and it now has 35K miles.

To those who have won lemon law cases, or law suits. PM me the details please. I'd like to know if it's worth it.

Same boat here so many things go wrong. Ended up calling it a lost and got rid of the car. After 3 fuel pumps and vanos issues.

lol, I don't know. I think once a community like the Mustang community gets their hands on it we will see lots of improvements.

Man, reading this thread is depressing. My car is at the dealer right now for yet another fuel pump and they say I need new turbos as well. Its really frustrating cause I am out of warranty now and they want me to pony up for the turbos even though I had plenty of wastegate issues prior to the warranty running out. They said no to turbos then in favor of software updates and actuators. The really annoying part is my car ran great with no issues till I was forced to update the fuel pump and update software. Since then it’s been all downhill. I love this car and how it drives, but right now I really wish I had the exact same build but with a 328 motor in it.

At least you dont have to carry people around when you only have 2 seats. I would still take a Z06 over a GT500.

I hear ya. Upgraded turbos is something I thought about, but then I need a tune and honestly, its my kid hauler and daily driver. I don't need all that. We'll see what BMW NA has to say.

BTW, I read that article about the new 302 in car and driver and I must say I am impressed with what Ford has done. Not exactly the look/feel I want, but pretty damn cool none the less.

ya, ya, ya....lots of contrast here.

What's the point...under warranty, right? I will bring my ride in and get all the replacement parts necessary to make it right...on their dime. I love driving loaners...no mileage on my ride...go on, get your other cars...they have issues, too, just different issues.

Like I said, replacing warranty parts is no sweat off my back...no money lost...loaner (sucks if it is less stellar than your own, but...)...life is good, because you know you will get your ride back in better shape...things don't last forever.

I used to have a '67 Mustang with an inline six, three on the floor Hurst shifter...slow as shit, but fun to drive. I'll join the Mustang forum just to see how you're doing with all of the other Mustang whiners...the more things change, the more they stay the same.

JK, guys

Yup atleast recent ones. they seem to get worse with each new iteration. This 335 though puts a sily grin on my face most days. But to be honest, its been my most unreliable car to date. At 28K miles I have had repairs enough to fill this page. I don't even care to list them anymore, just know its one unreliable car. Can't count on the damn thing. Glad I have a Toyota RAV4 for when I absolutely must get there without any issues at all.
