I was able to pre-order by contacting Robert via this post from 4/25. I sent an email to sales, Robert responded with some info he needed about the car, which I sent back to him, and then got a paypal invoice:

How does it connect to the washer resevoir? Does it just tap into existing lines? Do you have to drill or cut anything? Also, this is awesome!

From the picture, looks like the standard is a tap through the top lid. Shiv mentioned that will reach 4qts. If you want to custom tap the bottle at the bottom then you can reach a bit more fluid.

I like the top tap (I think it will come with a new cap that is already tapped), it will make reversal of the install very quick.

I'm going to bump this one. Cause I sent emails to them (calling is difficult, I live in Germany) and haven't heard anything back.

Does anyone know if the lead time has changed? anything? I'm deciding on whether to go to a competitor for less money...
