Hoping to have actual painted pics by the end of the week, that should give enough time for our first orders to arrive and get installed.

JLevis SW E92 335i Coupe Painted Rear Lip Spoiler ON!!!

Ok, so I got the JLevi SW Painted Rear Lip Spoiler on today, and overall, I think it looks great. The paint seems to match and the fitment is very close...about 3-4mm to the edge of the trunk on each side. The only thing that wasn't good was the very corners of the spoiler (both sides) had missing paint; like they had been chipped off or the painter just missed a few mm on the corners somehow. I would definitely appreciate if Nick could send me a small touch up bottle to repair that myself. In the end, I think this painted rear lip spoiler looks great and definitely finishes of f the rear end of my 335i Coupe. Kudos to JLevi SW for making this good quality and cost-effective painted rear lip spoiler for the E92 335i Coupe!!!!! Anyway, I'll let you guys be the judge...

Its the Reiger rear lip spoiler. The exact same one you said was too big and wanting something that was more subtle.

Anyways, it looks great on your car with the SG

Would not have installed it if the unit was not fully covered in paint...will never get the exact finish that you want with touch up paint. Hopefully Nick will be aware of these flaws in the future and no product will go out if it is not perfect.

I still would like to see someone make the M3 spoiler for the 335 coupe. I have a blf saph coming the end of May and am searching for that item to finish off the back end. I guess that there are some in the works but none produced yet...Nick...Anything that you guys coule put together?? You have the angles of the body down now just need to shrink that thing a little.

Me likes it! Thanks for all your efforts sflgator! Did the adhesive come with it? If, not what did you use and how did you place the tape?

nice pics, the spoiler looks like it comes over the top of the trunk though, is that part of the design?

I don't think it's the Reiger spoiler, but it does seem similar in size; I had hoped it would be a bit smaller, but for $308 painted and shipped, it's a more cost effective solution than the Reiger spoiler.

Yeah, I think most of them are like that. I believe only some rear lip spoilers that are "built in" to the car from the factory are the only ones that don't come over the top a bit on the trunk, and BMW certainly does not have one like that for the E92...at least not yet; maybe when the E92 M3 arrives, they'll have the optional rear lip spoiler that we've seen in the pics.

The non-painted spots on the corners are very small (maybe ~ 2-3 mm each), and they could be easily touched up with some touch-up paint. They're nothing most ppl would notice, unless you're within 12 inches looking at them from a certain angle.

it was just interesting to see the spoiler come over the top. I know the OEM CF i have comes over the top but it doesn't look like it's "humping" it (lack of a better word). I guess to my eyes the spoiler in the pic doesn't sit flush which is why i wanted to know if its the design or maybe some mounting issue.

i have seen vorsteiner E92 spoiler which i felt looks like it sits better on trunk than this one, but that is just my opinion and not a good one since i have yet to see this one in person. sometimes pics can be a little deceiving.

i am curious as to how this does compare to rieger or the hartge that i have seen in pics.

Thanks for the pics sflgator! The trunk looks fantastic. I'm concerned about the missing painted portion on the edges and will be contacting our painter about it. If you have a chance, shoot me an email with pics of the spots for reference, sales@jlevisw.com

Most likely when the M3 actually comes out and we have access to the spoiler itself
