One more order and we get $20 bucks back. my unit has not even been shipped yet...i was told it's on backorder with BMW, can someone verify this?

I wouldn't blame Justin, he has some of the best customer service, even compared to others on this forum. If anyone can get it, he can so just ask him an ETA?

No, sorry this is designed for any car without idrive.

Congrats, yes, it will work on 135i. It will also look BETTER in the 1-series. Just make sure you get the bezel instead of the mounting bracket. It is in the PDF on the install thread.

How is this device different than this the iPhone snap in adapter? Currently i have the snap in dock but im not using it. The dealer gave me the Y cable and that seem allows me to play music from my phone. Does the snap in adapter do anything more than the Y cable? I know that if i have the adapter it will use the cars antenna...

Click vvvvv below vvvvv: It's totally different and not much point if you already have iPhone integration. Its an analog way to integrate your iPhone, the only advantage is that it is in your field of view which is ideal for Navi.

Does this thing exist in the US? I made an appointment to have one installed at my dealer and took my car in. After a couple hours of clueless searching, they concluded that it's a Europe only option. What gives? (Nevermind the fact that I specifically mentioned the exact name of the part to the parts guy and he didn't say anything about it not being available... Needless to say, I'm pissed. The manager's getting a call from me tomorrow.)
