Luckily I'm located in NYC. There's a local drug store (Pasteur Pharmacy) that carries all these great well-known wet shaving products at reasonable (online-ish) prices. DE razors, straight, badger/boar brushes, stands, scuttles... You name it they have it. Gonna pick up some TOBS shaving cream when I run out.

+1 I had the opportunity to go to "The Shave of Beverly Hills" (very expensive for "guys only" kinda place, leather bound books, brandy, cigars) GREAT Experience, hot towel, hot chick giving amazing scalp/face massage...and then Caesar with the straight blade. It was awesome. But you know what? After all was said a and done, Ms Massage came back over and really felt around my face for closeness, and when she found some spots, guess what? They used a Fresh MACH 3 for the finish, and the results were perfect. I've been a MACH 3 guy ever since. |
