This means, unfortunately, that we wont have them ready to ship until Friday. We're sorry about this and we should have expected some growing pains with the new manufacturer. While it certainly beats building all harnesses in house, by hand, it takes a bit of trial and error to make sure everything is as perfect as it should be.

Sheer dumb luck. I just asked Dustin to randomly pick 5 kits and install them on our car. And 2 of them didn't work. It would have been real ugly if we had shipped out 50 kits and had 20 of them not work.

Shiv, please explain- I placed my order on 19 april, was billed a small amount the same day. I was billed for the balance on 27 april. I then sent 2 emails a few days later asking for a shipping/ tracking number or some acknowledgement of the procede being sent. I finally received an email on 17 MAY saying that they would be sent out that week. Still no tracking number sent to me and its now almost a month after being fully charged and it's still not here. Why?

Has anyone else had this experience?

When my fuel pump failed a few weeks ago, I was sure I'd have the procede by the time it was fixed but now, with my car back and still no procede I'm disappointed....

SOP to bill before shipping with Vishnu. Maybe they need to pay the bills before building the units. Being a small company it's understandable.

Same customer experience here, and know of others. I am hoping Shiv is still shipping the 50 kits today? Shiv can you please tell us now, or after you ship the 50 what order date you have worked up to? It will help manage our expectations a little better.

Thanks.

Hi guys,
Looks like we've managed to get caught up with all domestic orders placed up until the end of last week. All tested, programmed and shipped. We still have a whole bunch of international kits to ship out (they require a bit more documentation). But they will go out on Tuesday.

FWIW, the harness manufacturer reterminated every single crimp on the harness to our specs and they all test-fitted just fine. Before shipping, we double tested every circuit for continuity. We even tested every single PROcede in our shop car. So, yes, it's been a busy day over here

Thanks for all your patience and I hope you all find it worth the wait!

Also, all the PROcedes were loaded with the newest map (v1.5). Changes over v1.45 include:

1) Elimination of 2000-2300rpm shudder at full boost that some people have experienced.
2) Slightly improved fuel economy
3) More progressive low rpm spool-up

For those current PROcede users who want to try it out, it can be downloaded from here:
http://www.vishnutuningforum.com/for...read.php?t=150

Cheers,
shiv

From what i have read it sounds like I sound be trying to solicit the harness assembly from you. We do manufacture 1000's of cable assemblies every month, or at least until losing the business to China (there selling price was under our cost ).

Hmm, totally strange. I got back into town expecting my PROcede to be waiting at the house. Why did I recieve an email on the 23rd with a tracking number and delivery date listed for the 24th when it wasn't even picked up for delivery until yesterday? Now it is being delivered on the frickin' 29th. wtf, over?

Yep... as mentioned last week, we had all the kits ready to go (with shipping labels) only to find that we had to get all the harnesses reterminated/recrimped. This added 2-3 extra days to the process which meant that the kits left here on Friday, not Tues/Wed as initially planned.
