When something is said and then it doesn't happen that way, people are going to get upset. It's not a big deal. We will all survive.

Actually, I am feeling *very* unsettled at the moment, and I believe the only way to make me a happy customer would be to send over the Vishnu Installation Girl and have her install my version 2 harness.

Please note, if Dustin, or Calvin show up in a dress, there will likely be murder.

ok, now on a serious note guys, isn't there something inherently wrong with honoring orders placed prior to 12 noon? forget about who's fault it was, a release date is a release date. and the whole "we fucked up, but we are still going to give it to you" attitude is still wrong.

note: funny how the people that are saying "oh, you'll get a V2 soon enough, there is nothing to worry about" are the people who already ordered theirs and have nothing to worry about.

This is getting ridiculous. Calvin didn't post the link. He just made it active. That is what website designers do. Someone else posted the link and a bunch of people ordered it before we know what was going on. So we made the link inactive again and will put it back up at noon.

yea but the problem is he cant take it back now, he already said he would honor them, if he did now the only thing that would happen is those 50+ people would miss the noon release, then they would get pissed, then he would have to move back the release again...
