Any orders that come through without the forum username will be assumed to
be non-GB customers and the GB pricing will not apply unless we can match
the individual up with the group buy list. This would also delay your order
as we need to make sure all those listed are accounted for. There is space
provided for input of your username, and it saves us a great deal of time
getting these orders ready for shipment.

All orders will be shipped by Wednesday, October 17, 2007- if you create an
