Many of you may know, the MFD Scoops were designed in Canada. The scoop was designed by me. I found it expensive to buy RPI Scoops so I decided, to sketch out a few designs and work on a scoop. I did not like the fact that the RPI Scoops needed to be bolted on, so I found a way to design them that they just fit without any modification and bolts. I made several prototypes at home and in a workshop dealing with sheet metal. I made several angles to get the best result, and tested them. The prototypes were very rough, and were unable to be sold as a product.

As I was working for M-Force_Design, I thought to myself, the scoops are expensive to manufacture in Canada, so I turned to Pat to help me manufacture and sell under M-Force_Design. He promised that we will split the profit 50/50, since I am the one who invented / designed the scoop and he’s the one in Taiwan manufacturing them. I have the original prototypes and blueprints to these scoops. If you look on the original thread, the scoop CLEARLY states that it is designed in CANADA. Even the 10-15 reviewers on the thread, are from Canada.

Wrong. I don't owe him anything. He owes me 50% of the profit he made from the scoops from the USA and International market.

Till this day, I never received any form of payment from the scoops he sold in United States and International Overseas.
The only form of pay I received was the 15 scoops I sold locally to the members on E90post CANADA.
That was far beyond the profit he was making when selling them in United States and Overseas.

All I wanted was my promised share of 50%. However I never received it. Since sales on e90post were doing bad, I did not really ever ask him for the money. I gave him 2 months, to sort his shit out. And now I am fed up, and I just want my piece of the pie, that was promised to me from the start.

I did not want to resolve to this, however you leave me no choice. You do not pick-up my phone calls, nor do you reply. You have blocked me on both MSN and Skype.
