i saw that strut bar already, today, in my office.... not sure how strong is the connector to the plate, and the cf one, is wrap by cf or the whole pipe made by cf?

If you don't have a strut bar, you should feel a difference.

If you have the OEM strut bar, you probably won't feel a change.

The best way to find out how well it helps is to drive around without it for a while. Maybe before you put the new one on.

but there is strut bar comes with e90 already. and i tried the alu one that offer by bmw oem parts, can't feel the difference, maybe i am too heavy?
