Hey bob, do you have film on your tail lights? If so what darkness? I was thinking of doing the mid range one on mine. I dont want to make them too dark, but do want to darken them a little bit.

My tail lights are Smoked Depo Blacklines, the factory smoke is that dark but I think it is perfect for dark paint.

I'll most likely be at C&C as well. The CLE variety brings out some pretty cool supercars!

I recall reading somewhere last year that maybe the cops handing out tickets last year on I-480 for various offenses. Planning on going over, guess I will have to watch the speed.

It'd be really nice to have a list of trusted shops in Ohio for serious mods. I'm looking for a place to get a lot of work done (FMIC, DPs, CAI, OCC, Charge Pipe, Intake carbon cleaning, Meth Injection, shocks/springs, camber plates, bushings, sway bar, and possibly RB turbos). I don't want to get ripped off or--even worse--get a shoddy install. I wouldn't mind traveling a reasonable distance, but would like someone as close as possible to the SE Cleveland area where I can easily go back for follow-up if there are problems or needed tweaks.

KMS is out for much of this because they won't do work that affects emissions and, besides, I had kind of a bad experience with my clutch install there.

Anyone have opinions on the following or better ideas? These are shops I found on the Internet, roughly in order from closest to farthest away:

Millenium Motorsports, Hudson

Smokey's Dyno, Stow

Bigshot Dyno, Stow

Buschur Racing, Wakeman: Know they're good, but they are so Evo-centric

IPS Motorsports, North Columbus: Seem to have a good rep, but it's over 2 hours away

Tom Hatem Automotive, Columbus

P3 Automotive, Dayton: Even further away, and Porche-centric

I'm going to have to drive 400 miles to VAC in Philly to get my Quaife put on (they're building it now), but it's too far away to get everything else done there... if I had problems with the install it would be a nightmare

IPS Motorsports has installed numerous parts on my car. Always do a good job and have good prices as well!

Awesome! I'll definitely give them a call. Would've never looked at them without this forum.

Thanks! Hopefully fastaction's guy can hook me up for most of my stuff, but if I go with RBs, I may want to go with a performance-dedicated shop and IPS would be on the short list.

Matt does it on the side for me , he's usually busy working on turbo Saabs/Volvos during the day. I will talk to him today about it. He usually has a bunch of boring side work, but LOVES to "mod" cool cars. I can pm his # later.
