Question and/or Favor

I have the snow tires from the Z4M that are no longer needed, so I would like to sell them.
They are Dunlop SP Wintersport M3 225/45R18 (at 9mm tread depth) and 255/40R18 (at 8mm tread depth), which is too big for the E90 body. BUT, they will fit on Z4M coupe and roadsters, and E46 M3s. Please send your friends/family my way if they want to be driving safe this winter. Purchased from TireRack last season, only drove 3,000 miles on them, so still fairly new. Plus my Mom drove the car 98% of the time the tires were on, thus not driven aggressively. Hoping to get ~$600 plus shipping if needed.

I can't believe how dirty the back of the car gets. Blew me away this winter.

I am moving to Utah and had a few questions. I know the tint law is pretty srtict but is it actually enforced? Do you have to display both front and back plates? Looking forward to you answers.

Its hard to find a place to get it passed, but usually not a big problem on the streets. Plus I havent ever had a front plate on and BMW of mine (knocks on wood)

Tint law goes as this, darkest you can go is 50% up front. Rears, it doesnt matter, go as dark as you please.

Answers.

Tint - Lay says windshield can't be tinted, 50% on the front doors, no limits on the other windows. Not super easy to get the car to pass safety inspection if they're illegal.

None of us have front plates installed. I do carry it in the car though. Never had an issue.

I wanted to introduce myself to the thread. I've been on the forums for a couple of months and started looking at more sub forum areas. Came across this thread. Looks like one of the most active threads in the whole forum!

Anyway, to the recent topic of tint/front plate... I have a legal tint and am about to have my front bumper cover resprayed this week. My last car I got cited for no front plate, but that was a couple of years ago. If people here aren't having problems with it, I might as well have it clean. Here's hoping I get your guys' luck!
