Front plate in utah is a secondary - they can't pull you over for lack of a plate, but once they have a primary, they can also site for front plate.

Interesting. There wasn't any other reason for the pull over, just that. I should have been able to fight it then, eh? I was also ticketed for no front plate while parked on the street in front of a friend's house that same week, so I just decided "screw it", and put on the plate. Only drove that car for two weeks without it and had two tickets to show for it. Plus I was told when I purchased the car that I could be failed for safety if I didn't put it on for the next inspection. Is that true, legally?

Pull over was in West Jordan (I think) and parking violation in SLC.

I work for a company called MPi as an IT Engineer. Right now I'm trying to get something working called Internet Based Client Management on a program called System Center Configuration Manager. Having some really freaking odd problems and Technet failed me. I hate their outsourced support people and the documentation on that program is so piss poor. Meh, oh well. I suppose this isn't really the place for that particular rant.
