When you look at them up close, the quality and finish is really nice. The way each of the spokes are bent, finished, etc. look superb IMO. Their manufacturing process ensures a very lightweight wheel (each lb. saved on wheels is tremendous) and at the same time very strong. You see some lightweight wheels on the market but they are not always strong.

Another thing about the price is exclusivity. When you pay more, not many people have your wheels. Whether it matters or not is dependent on the person.

You've spent more on speed than I have on the looks of my car, that's for sure.

Wait til you get your wheels!

I think Brian's wheels (Super Eurocross Neez) look much better in person than in pics.

Same goes for Steve's Volk ME's. The finish is nice on both wheels. In person = 3D. 2D pictures aren't quite the same.

+1 on this...

I agree on the super eurocross neez and even my wheels.
my first choice were the LM's, but I got made an offer I couldn't refuse on the volks. I wasn't exactly "enamored" with the pics on the Volk Me's, but once I opened the box, I said whoa, they look 100x better in person.

Same w/ bae bae's wheels, when i got that sneak preview at Long's the night before the meet, I couldn't stop looking at 'em

When I first saw your wheels Steve, I thought, those are a nice set of Volks. Very mild looking. But it was rather "ho-hum" than "wow" for me. I wasn't exactly "enamored" about your MEs either. But what was one of those first things I said about Steve's wheels when I saw them in person? "Wow Steve! The spokes look sooo much better in person, there's much more detail." It is obvious I wasn't just saying that to be nice, because I asked him for pricing on an IS. Besides, ask Sherwin if I say things just to be nice.

I liked the Super Eurocross before I saw them in person, in fact, I linked them here! However when I saw them in person, they impressed me even more. One thing about wheels is, always have them clean. Your car will look much nicer. BTW Steve, have you tried cleaning your wheels only with just ONR? Super easy. I did prerinse and rinse after, but I did not "spray" so the rest of the car didn't get wet. I cleaned just my wheels and didn't wash my car and it looks great!

I'm sure most of us are anti-Audi, but the RS6 is not bad at all.

Range is amazing, but I heard about some issues.

New Lexus LS. I find executive flagship cars have more than enough trunk room. Unless you plan on hauling tall boxes or plants (house?), you'll be fine. Besides, you probably want to have all that stuff delivered anyways. I find Lexus as a good alternative because they are a car that you just love to cruise in and not feel engaged to the road all the time.

AWW thanks john and sherwin complimenting my wheels and all

Yeah I used the ONRWS at Long's that night on my wheels, when he had 'em off while installing the coils it left this ring of brake dust on the floor as the solution had just lifted it all and took it straight down to the ground!

If you recall, I didn't say that much about your wheels until I saw them in person. They looked clean but I was kinda "ho hum".
