Yes, we just got a big bag of kibble today, even though Onslow eats people food (often raw) mostly.
Onslow is the most capable hunter I've had, actually catching stuff. Samoyeds often show their genetics when out in the woods (closest dog breed to the wolf genetically).
Our nabes adopted a samoyed that had wild wintered in a Mass. state park for ~ 6 months. Don't ask about what our friend's sammy/shep did....

It's been a Suck week.

1. Coronavirus has CRATERED my industry. I may lose my job, along with tens of thousands of others-- so if I do, no hope of getting another one.

2. My savings are decimated-- I've done the equivalent of driving a few very high end cars off a bridge in the last two weeks.

3. My brother-in-law died of kidney cancer on Saturday.

4. My "adopted Colorado dad" died Tuesday from old-age related illness. I was set to fly out to see him and my "Colorado mom" last night, but he passed away before I could get there. I literally had my bag packed.

5. My wife is trapped in LA dealing with her family and her getting home is iffy.

But on the plus side, one of our boys stepped up to the "Dad Needs Snuggles" plate last night.....

That's quite a load of yuck you got shipped. Thank goodness for critters. They always know when you're in need of some love, don't they? Glad yours are taking care of you.

That is a lot awful stuff to be dealing with at once. My condolences, and hopefully things get on track. It's amazing how our pets can be there for us in times of need.

My oldest tabby cat is having surgery today to remove a mass cell tumor from behind his right ear. I'm hoping the procedure goes without issue.

+1.

Sorry to hear that it's all hitting you at once. Hopefully things will ease up some for you.

I have been there. At those times I have to stop, inhale, and remind myself of the "good" stuff in my life. But it can get overwhelming very quickly.

@flybigjet

My condolences for all those bad things hitting at once. Sometimes those gray clouds come rolling in at once, but luckily blue skies are usually right behind them. Hang in there.
