reaction time means nothing in the quarter mile time. you could leave 10 seconds late and still run a 8.59. its only for heads up racing

when you race head to head, time doesn't matter, whoever crosses the finish line 1st wins so your reaction time will come into play, he who reacts faster gets going faster.

HOWEVER, your ACTUAL timing doesn't start until your car breaks the plane of the start line so you could sit there, put your thumb up your butt (like you used to do at Target) and wait 5 minutes, and the clock wouldn't start. When you hit the gas, then it'll start so its a true accurate timing of your run.

If we are really measuring what CAR is faster than the second would apply and not the timing of the drivers reaction.

I think it'd be a good race between Dinan/LET/Proceed but they'd all need to have the same mods, trans and all of that for it to really be equal.
