Hope they're not stuck in customs. When I sent the DPF over to Stan it got stuck for about a week. That was frustrating... But the return shipment went without a hitch.

Looking forward to hearing reviews from others :-)

jajaja good one Joe its at least a few days in customs LOL, I tell ya they keep on shooting themselves over and over instead of admitting they have issues, I had the same issues with a British company my exhaust was made from and the distributor here Mini-Madness had broken ties with them cause they wouldnt cater the warranty. Needle ss to say i sent the exhaust and they told me they wanted for me to pay inbound taxes on ROTTEN exhaust when in fact I had payed thru Mini-Madness US taxes and so forth. At the end they wanted the complete exhaust system which i couldnt do cause of shipment expenses i just sent them the part that was rotted they said no way i just them to stay with the exhaust and you know what they did , they shipped the rotted exhaust back to me LOL bastards.

Enough of the sour grapes please. They are on the way across Atlantic at least. If they get slowed down a couple days in customs, lets blame Uncle Sam not Ecotune.

My company ships crates with a much more complicated and expensive equipment overseas. And overnight, and no customs hassle. Depends which freight company one uses and how good is the customs broker.

Reverse logic. Fred's a great guy. I just got them yesterday. That make a custom post that fits into our jack points. I intended to start a new thread with some pictures.
www.reverselogic.us

Go to jack stands tab
Click on blue ellipse in right that says "view options/shop"
You will see the stainless steel custom posts at bottom of page.

The 10498 and 10499 stands come standard with rubber disc topped posts. You don't have to buy the stands with the standard posts and can get them with the custom ones only. I paid $160/pair inclusive of the stainless steel posts. I got (4) total stands. When you spend $200, Fred will give you a 10% discount. So, i spent 2*160=320 -32(discount)= $288.

I'm unsure if Fred's price is still $160 for stands and custom posts only. I forgot to say I got the shorter 10499 stands. He gave me that price back around March.

Brice, you mean you don't want to read ~1158 posts spanning 53 pages ? :-)

Before reading the below, if you live in a state that does emissions check through your OBD port. STOP RIGHT NOW. This isn't for you. Go read about atleast stopping carbon fauling up your intake tract. You won't get the increased performance from no DPF but atleast you can cork up the source of the junk and use a JBD instead. Several hear immensely happy with JBD.

Perhaps the cliff notes version is better as you won't get the drama. Ecotune is manufacturing a replacement pipe and codes your ECU to account for the drop in back pressure on the backside of your turbocharger. A group buy [10 units] is in process of completing and pipes are due to hit the states here in a few more days plus or minus. There are webites to visit but neither of them specifically call out the package for the US spc 335D. Notes: (1) No package for X5D (2) you have to buy pipe and coding as a package. No option for pipe only [lots of drama on this last one contained in this thread]. It has taken a long time for the initial 10 to come in. Unsure if things will speed up now but other forum peeps are watching from the sidelines for results from the first 10.

There are a couple guys that have the jump on the rest of us. One got a prototype ecotune pipe [he paved the way for the others to get produced]. Another guy fabricated his own and is using the Ecotune coding. Both are very happy. A third guy is getting a pipe installed as we speak made by the fabricator guy and will use different coding.

google ecotune 335D and/or Redline Speed Worx. Purchase through Redline

That pipe won't fit the u.s. Spec 335d.. So far the only dpf delete pipes for the u.s. Cars are built by ecotune or myself.. The only affiliation I have with ecotune is that I'm running their programming
