Is it common for you guys to take an order, move it to shipped status by supplying the tracking number and then not actually shipping it for more than a week? I placed an order for two sets of 10mm spacers on 11/9. I received an email on 11/10 stating the product was shipped with a USPS tracking number. As of today 11/17, USPS still shows they are waiting for the package to be dropped off to them.

LOL! I've sent you an email regarding my issue above and posted in this very thread and you then come in and bump your own thread and ignore my post??? This is some terrible customer service. I'd PM you instead of airing this publicly, but your inbox is full. Since you don't respond to emails and I can't PM you... Here we are. I think this is enough of a glimpse into your customer service to know I should have purchased through a different vendor. Please refund order # 100032209 since you can't seem to ship it or follow up on it.
