i always valet park. you actually literally have to valet park unless you are lucky. too many one way streets. but valet parking is like $7?

Valet - $7 with validation, $10 without
Public parking - Closest parking structure is location on DeLacey. The first 90 minutes are free and it costs $2 for each thirty (30) minutes thereafter with a $6 maximum.
Limited street parking also available.

after seeing those crazy valet videos, he will 99% of the time never valet.
