We hear ya O-cha. We sent downpipes to TturboBullett yesterday with a confirmation. They should be there within a few days.

TTurboBullett and myself were both in on the Riss group buy. We'll have maps for DP + FMIC + Attache' and DP + Attache' as soon as we get the pipes.. Oh yeah baby.. sweet sweet whp. I'm pretty sure TTurbo's car will be over 400whp with the addition of the DP's.

in that case I'll sit back for a bit and see what you guys are able to do on 93 octane at a safe boost level. Of course also curious what numbers you will get on race fuel too.

I'm hoping you can do 390-405whp on pump gas w/ downpipes, FMIC, Attache at a safe and reliable boost level.

+1 I've been following this thread and am very interested in the Attache, but with 92 pump gas here in the Northwest, I'm not sure what map would work best.

And I would be that forum member . Actually, on a sidenote if anyone can answer this, what is the technical difference between a lower octane map (91) and higher octane map (93)? Is the difference just the max PSI? I.e., 93 goes to 14psi, and 91 only goes to like 12psi?

Timing, especially at higher RPMs and under boost would be another difference. Lower octane gas would probably also be run slightly more rich for safety.

I thought there was a member in a warmer climate that is testing out a Helix Attache? Any news? I want to see how it is with the warmer climate.

Thanks!

Well, there is some really good conversation throughout all the pages. If someone wants to read it then they will be more educated than the lazy who choose the first post only.

YMMV.

For a first post, youre quite demanding. I know you might feel a bit far removed, but we havent had the best weather up here in the past week. Keep your panties on just a bit longer, Im sure some dynos will pop up. Its not like theres a dyno in everyones backyards.

Installation instructions are almost done, so worldwide release is imminent. We'll start calling the folks who are on the list this week. Also, Mark got the Riss pipes and all reports are they look great. We're slotted to install them on Wednesday so the tuning file will be done thereafter...
