yeah, well obviously he decided he didn't want to contribute to his kids life or else he is just pissed you're doing his ex so he lets you pay for shit as payback for that.

Well, just in case you guys do know him, he actually tries. Credit there. He just gets tugged one way by his new wife, and then still has to try to maintain his son's expenses. I'm sure its tough.

I just get pissy when it affects what I want (read->40 y/o baby). I've got the boy's back, but I'm sure some jealousy plays into it too from his dad. Lets just hope bio-dad figures something out so I can get that CSL trunk.

BTW, this is what I've decided for a priority:

CSL boot lid
blacklines
Exhaust
Hood (tbd Vorsteiner?M3?)
splitters
oil cooler
Stage 3 (maybe)

sounds good, but to be honest I'd ditch your AFE if its the DCI... unless its enclosed you can't be making any power with all the heat its getting from the engine. You'd be better off with the stock+ K&N drop in.

Yup. I agree. Still trying to figure out a way around that. How to get more air in, let heat out.

make some sort of enclosure for it, I know that the afi already has a box shape just close it up, and make some runners to the stock airflow thing.. and are you getting a full trunk?

How would enclosing it help? Isn't the issue air to the cones and heat from the engine? Agree on the runners to get more air there. That won't help much, but it won't hurt. Maybe runners + vented hood?

your setup just doesnt work well because it sits on top of the intake manifold.. just ditch it and buy either the dci or injen or just got crazy sweet custom

OK, I know that this is picking nits, but is it me or is her mouth funky? (too much stretching?). That would bug me endlessly every time I looked down.

Not that my wife is a model but at least she is ridiculously smart and makes alot of $$ and lets me do what I want (mostly).
