I had 700 miles on it and someone backed into me and left a nice 14" long 1/2-1" wide scrapes on my bumper. It peeled the paint right off. I had just waxed the car and maybe that saved it from more damage.

Sucks, I'm just dealing with it until something else happens. It costs $700 for repair or $1500 for replacement in my area.

|Warning on ya 335is owners.| Some may have this problem and some may don't. After 18k miles on my car my stock chargepipe finally ripped off. Upgraded to a AA BOV. Now it even runs better than before! Just saying if you get a loss of power and if you gas your car and hear your hood sounds like a air leak that sounds like a water sprinkler than you got that problem. Car is running map 5 on jb4 at 15-17psi now and spitted flames twice tonight. oh yes its running good. Hope this information is helpful since bmw couldn't even figure out what the problem was and I was stupid to bring it there to get it checked out for nothing. Not that hard to take off the snorkel and airbox to check the pipe.

Im pretty much like a pioneer on the 355is LOL! Changed out Downpipes and exhaust, add a tune, filter, BOV. Hopefully me being a sorta like Guinea Pig is helping ya haha!

I have shiv large and in charge pipe, I personally think it doe not fit well.. and the clamps are extreme poor qualitity.. This thursday I am going to MBS (mandrel Bending solutions) to ask their opinions and possible have them custom make me one and I may return Shivs.

Let me know how the BOV charge pipe fits and sounds!

So I purchased my 2011 335is AW w/ SB interior DCT about 2-3 months ago and have put 3,000 awesome miles on it since. But then after I drove from Tampa to Naples, I noticed I had a squeaking noise from my engine bay. Now I have a full lift in my garage and have decent mechanical knowledge but I couldnt find where the noise was coming from.

So I took the car to Germaine BMW 3 days ago because I had no idea. Then, today I get a call and they tell me that the noise is from my turbos and that they are going to take them off and inspect them, and most likely replace them.

I'll keep everyone posted with what happens but WTF!?!

Turbos and exhaust off with subframe hanging and jsut waiting for them to tell me the verdict..

With the BOV, the response is beautiful. Better airflow and swiftness. Ever since I installed it, it just runs beautifully. I even shot out flame twice! lol.

Passenger restraint malfunction at 350 miles...

Report states: Tested vehicle, found body plug missing and water is coming into vehicle. BST cable is corroded from the water leak, installed new body plug, water tested vehicle again.Disconnected battery cables, removed battery, reconnected and replaced connectors, cleaned area. WTF BMW?!

Lucky I had a '11 535xi. Can you believe this BS though?

The time consuming is long. Can't do nothing about it unless YOU in general can fix it. Let's hope they do their shit

Congrats to farbmw...nice pics. Originally I ordered a Black/Black 335is fully loaded with DCT. I got fumbled on and grabbed a black/titamium metalic in stead.

WOW!!!!! that looks like the picture I took when mine crack at the exact same spot just this past weekend. Thanks for posting . . . you're no longer a Guinea Pig . . . we both are.

I also have pretty much the same setup as yourself: Downpipes and exhaust, add a tune, filter. Now this happened and I"m looking to probably go the same route you did. Thanks again for posting it really helped me out allot!
