I plan to buy an online FSC code and update the map with USB. Does it sound a good idea?

Another issue is that I mistakenly inserted a pen drive with an updated map, and now the navigation asks for an activation code each time. If I can not acquire the FSC code how can I reset the navigation map?

It was fun to generate the FSC code by myself compared to buying. It is more reasonable to use phone navigation which will always be updated.
Yes, I would just buy code online. Only way to reset is with a Valid FSC Code. iDrive Navigation versus Phone Navigation is personal preference.
