show me a stat sheet to confirm that. Scoring isn't everything and besides Noah was having a hell of a season till he got hurt.

He looks better in the 25 games hes played in in most every category other than PTS and FT% than Melo.

dude hes not much better than noah offensively. he avg 10 more pts a game but his FG% is 100 pts lower so he's taking more shots and missing more. I'll contend forever he'd have been a great piece for the bulls to pick up but not for noah. melo for deng - I'm all for it cuz i think he's a choke artist.

but how much offensive production is attributed to the team they are on? The Nuggest won't attribute much to that...don't get me wrong I love Noah, I would just take a player I think is better than him all day everday. Who do you think is better...Noah or Melo?

better at what? scoring? melo, i'm not refuting that. But we have our center piece in D Rose, now its about building a supporting cast. Melo ain't Lebron, he's not an all around player. He's a great guy to build a team around but I think if we take melo and lose noah not only are we losing a great role player but now D Rose's game gets shrunk to fit Melo in.

Melo is a top 10 if not top 5 player in the NBA. That is a pretty much agreed upon statement by most who watch the NBA regularly. Noah is a good player, fill several roles well and most importantly doesn't require the ball in his hands. Melo is better at basketball than Noah, much better. Noah is much better at running around.

Put it this way Seth, its not just Melo for Noah. Gibson/and the big Turk/Thomas have shown that they can fill in admirably for Noah. Maybe not the energy, but more than good enough. Who steps in when Deng get's hurt? Deng has been your second best player behind Rose (and yes I would trade him for Melo too).

So,,,Melo/and the trio of Gibson/Turk/Thomas is much better than that pile of goo playing off guard now/Noah.
