I saw a rare 3 series wagon...black on black with custom rims and front plate mounted to the side in DT Seattle today...parked on the corner of 5th and Columbia. It looked like a new wagon (has the new LCI headlights).

1:50p today on Factoria Blvd, I saw this odd looking silver e90 with yellow emergency car lights on top. Emblazoned on the side in yellow vinyl letters was 'TRACK TAXI.' I was getting out of my car to go into the bank, so I didn't really get a good look.

WTF was that? Is that a demo car in the area for a show or a personal car with a crazy/outrageous mod?

Whose this guy with the White E60 5 Series in Bellevue area? The car has smoking taillights, AC Schnitzer front lip and aftermarket wheels with white lip. His license plate number is 729-YED. He is such a douchebag. Always try to race with me since my E90 330i and then my M3. Think he is the pimp with the mod 5 Series and always went way over speed in local. Reckless driving.

I haven't seen douchepimp yet. Is he driving around downtown or around the MS campus area? I have seen a big increase in modified black e60s tho. I think a lot of lease-returns are trickling on down.

too many e90s out there now. i see several of them a day. mostly 328 though but i sorta miss the day i bought my car and noone else had it... everyone was looking. it felt like one of a kind...

now it feels like one in a million... oh well it is old 3 series now...

definitely alot of e9x around now. this is my first 3, and i will admit that i have bagged on 3s all my life. but i now understand why there are so many passionate owners. driving dynamics are very different than the 5 - and that's a good thing.

i would like to test drive a 1 to see if it is closer to the 2002 that i used to drive back in the day. my dad's mini is perfect for san francisco living/driving size-wise. i think samhyde can agree with me on that.

the 5 was just too big to drive/park in sf - it is @home up here in seattle tho. the 3 is a great all-around car to run errands in and keeps the smile beaming. glad that we made the purchase.

so after this long-winded ramblin, what would you buy as your next ride bro?

i was down in socal 2 weeks ago and was getting food at my favorite place in irvine. i look over after parking the rental and i thought i was saw frankie's new ltbmw tank. turns out it was a modded new 5 with vorsteinner pieces.

swear to gawd, i wish the new 5 was more distinguishable from the 3 (just looks like a larger 3) and had some more unique features.

still, this 5 looks pretty nice. do you agree?

Ha, he is in the East Side of Bellevue near Interlake High School area. Always see him on Bel-Red Rd or Uwajmaya area.
