Nice bfast meet. Sorry couldn't stay longer had a kids b-day party right after and hasn't bought the gift yet! :P

Wait till some warm weather and we can have a meet at Jerry's restaurant in Mirabel. Nice little drive and a large terrace to soak in the rays.

Nice seeing old faces and new ones.

Check out this Vid ... Thinking of doing this to my S4 soon. And no idea why Chris Harris says the S4 doesn't have launch control cause it does (unless maybe the one he has is a 2010 model. LC knocks off another .2 off the 60 time)

http://youtu.be/2KfMY96v_Gc

Have to say I enjoy seeing Harris's videos.

never heard of revo before.. how do they compare to APR??

and i agree... harris makes the best videos. he can make any car review sound interesting. although he isnt liked by everyone. apparently he is banned from test driving any ferrari model because he has didnt always give positive reviews of their cars. ... i guess ferrari is very insecure

i've gone three times and i took grand stands 11 and 12 (see map)... you can see the start finish line from these grand stands plus you see the first major corner of the race.

whatever you do, choose a grandstand seat... i did general admission once and i didnt get to see shit cos they only let you stand around at designated areas... not to mention that there are usually hundreds of people in front of you no matter where you go.

here's the map:

is there a big difference between those tickets and the 300$ ones?

Stand 15 is great too! Coming down to hairpin at full throttle, full deceleration and catapulting onto the next straight!

Same week-end as BMW Qc Track event at Tremblant, just like last year. So maybe for the qualification only, will see!

The $300 ones, you get to see the cars for a shorter moment, not as exciting!

Great to go there once in a while for the atmosphere, but Sports Bar is good too for the other times. You miss less of the wheel to wheel races around the track!

Back in the day, I used to love the #24 (acceleration at hairpin)

I used to go every year until 1997.

edit: The Gold Trio seems like a good deal.

I've done 20-years of F1 in Montreal (stopped going in 2003) and did all the stands. If still available go with the trio. It is so much better when you can change location and get different views and perspective of what these F1 cars can do.
