Car is almost ready. Seb is hard at work cramming and chopping the muffler in under the diffuser. Looks like the BMW Qc club Sanair event will be the first shake out day for the diffuser and return to the PF rear big brakes.

That's great Joel, can you ask Seb if he will be able to see me before the May 10 LCMT event? Need fresh brake fluid, front pad swap and engine oil change. So not long really.

not going this year unfortunately because i might be moving around that time. i think as long as you do a grandstand, you should have a pretty good time. general admission is the worse... you end up hearing the cars but not being able to see anything.

what was the amount they charged? they usually charge the 1st night - so i paid like 110 or smthg

You should check your invoice, cos if you book 2 nights it should cost you 200$ or a little more (or $100 per night) for the promo. For me they charged over 400$.

i did. checked my card - got charged 1st night - which is 11x. total was 220 for me.

call em, make sure! if u need i can send u the email of the deal they had that clearly states april 15

Anyway, I have returned them an email asking them to cancel the whole thing, we'll see if they return my call tomorrow.

I checked on other websites and the deal is still good. Also, they charged a $15 reservation fee, lol!

icar is a very difficult track to learn on. they have decent instructors there and u have to get a package to start off - like 300$ or smthg for a little classroom session and follow the leader laps.

what about the open house @ sanair next week? can u make it? i don't think there are sound restrictions and you have an instructor in your car. free as well...(50$ BMW Qc membership). nice little track - 1 min lap

Hey, anyone have a sound meter? I just suddenly got concerned with my noise level. I doubt I'm over 92 dB cause that "sounds" loud, but then, I don't know what 92 dB sounds like.

92 db is not much... try some of the apps for the iphone
