I am the first one to say I want to continue with the fun. I hadn't even gotten to bash him yet, I was just setting him up. As difficult as it may be, Johan has asked us to stop and we should.

I think we've "shown up" and let it be known that WSTO has a loyal following ready and willing to go to bat for them...this is pretty unheard of for a Vendor. With respect for the WSTO crew we need to let it go.

I say this and he will respond to Seth with something inane and I won't be able to control myself.....sigh....

I agree with you also! We should just relax and let wsto take care of it! But if he responds to seth with attitude and hate I think we should all just try to get him banned from the fourms because he is just spreading rumors and isnt trying to solve the issue.

I said my peace and I'm done since Johan asked us to let it go. I'll be honest, I don't think Johan and Frank should bend over for this guy, I know they want every customer to be happy and have a good experience with them but this guy is a lost cause.

In the process youre hurting WSTO. Frank and I have been handling the situation through PM and phone. We will see each other at SEMA next week. Maybe we get a deal done, maybe we dont but that is our concern not yours.

Actually he has PM's me as well. Mine were much more civil. We debated the issue and quite honestly I think he gets it. He's not apologizing but he has conceded that I made him see things from a different perspective than he originally had.

Right now he is just tweaking you guys because you are tweakable. Just stop answering...he will go away. That's my adult advice.
