wow...for all those modified manuals...downpipes, chips, exhaust...if they're 6 speeds 'can only handle 317 hp'...trouble brewing.

Yea I'm not buying that though. Why would BMW put a clutch that maxes out at 317 in a 300HP car? There is not much margin for error there, not to mention the fact that most N54's are under-rated from the factory.

i'm just holding out for the new 3 sedan and all the good things that will come with that.

Although unless they start putting coral in the sedan, I may be looking at e92 next time.

Think the MY2012 will be mid 2011? I'd probably wait for a 2013...let them fix the little details. Timing would be about right for me.

Or maybe a GT...or a 5 wagon...or...
