ARC-8 Satin Black

Rear: 18x8.5" ET38 - 18mm spacers
235/40/18 RE-71R
F30 M Sport BBK 370mm F. / 340mm R.
My mistake - obviously I was having a moment!!

I meant 340mm M Sport BBK vs 370mm M Sport BBK / 370mm M Performance BBK

I just wanted to make sure they cleared the larger set up, as I'd seen that they don't clear the F8x M3 380mm stock brakes, which use the same caliper but just with a 10mm bigger disc??

Is clearance over the F30 370mm BBK super tight?

You are correct, the 18" ARC-8 will clear the 370mm M sport / Performance BBK for the F30, but they do not have the ability to clear the larger F8X M3/M4 brakes. Our 18" EC-7 has the ability to clear those

Bump.
Wasn't the last group buy over 6 months ago? I'm sure there's plenty of interest.

Guys - when will the 18x9 ET30 anthracite wheels be back in stock?

I am looking to order ASAP via one of your UK based suppliers

18x9 ET30
18x9.5 ET35

However they tell me that it may be a while for the anthracite fronts to be back in stock?

The ARC-8 18x9" ET30 Anthracite wheels will be back in stock in approximately 2 weeks. We are taking many pre-order for them now, so be sure to place your order soon to reserve a set off of this shipment.

I don't get how 255 Continental ControlContacts on my 8.5" style 195 wheels look stretched, but 255 on a 9" wheels looks meaty.

Different brands, different sizes.

Michelin PSS run wider than most, too.

I didn't know brands made such a difference. Thanks! I think I'll snag a set of Indy 500 as well when I come due for tires.

I have 18x9et30 ARC8 up front and am having an inner clearance issue with my KW coilovers - I am fine at my current ride height but I went to lower it this past weekend (~7mm) but couldn't get the wheel back on flush so I raised it back up for the timebeing.

In order to get to the ride height I want, my plan is to swap my current 235/40 PSS tires to 225/40 PSS (which I currently have on my stock wheels). Will this be enough or do you think I will require a spacer? If so, I think a 3mm should work.

However, I don't really want to push my wheel farther out than it already is, so if I add a spacer then I will want to increase my camber as well. I am currently at -1.0 on both sides so I plan to pull my alignment pins for another -.4 or -.5 degrees.

Increasing my camber will affect inner clearance, correct? So should I increase that 3mm spacer to a 5mm instead?

Let me know what you think! Thanks

Current inner clearance:

Does anyone have any pictures of the new matte bronze finish for the ARC-8 that was released as part of the recent group buy?

My car is Alpine White and wanted to get an idea of how they'd look.

Have you made any adjustments to your suspension to fit these? Ro they rub?

I'd also like any available group buy info. Looking for 17" arc-8s. Thanks!

Yes, the sure do

Im also trying to get a nice wide tire on the back, i have a 2011 335is, which of this 2 rear size would fit better 17x10 et25 or 17x10.5 et27? My rear fenders are rolled and pulled, also what tire size could i fit on it?

Thank you for the feedback and the great info on inner clearance when running KW suspension. When adjusting camber, the entire suspension is moved, not just the wheel hub. Therefore, additional camber should not affect inner clearance. As long as the tire does not touch the suspension you should be fine. I would measure to see how much additional clearance you need and decide what size spacer would be a good fit. Feel free to give us a call if you want to go into more detail on your fitment

We recommend going with the 17x9.5 ET35 for the rear as the 17x10 ET25 and 17x10.5" ET27 are a bit too aggressive, and would require some fender work and negative camber. You can go with 255/40-17 tires for a direct fit, but many customers run 275/40-17 tires with just a minor fender roll.
