nevermind. figured it out. im suppose to connect the separate gray round thing to the bulbs correct? they work without too.

4-LED bulbs are for LCI with Xenon are 129.00

LCI E90 (not Xenon) are 89.00

and the Pre-LCI E90 bulbs are 89.00 (just different bulb)
