The cold checks will only happen when the engine has started I think. The interval between cold checks may very well be different across models. Some models/variants may not even have cold checks for certain bulbs

Good to hear Melbourne guys are all sorted.

Did an install for Totti84 on the weekend with option 2 and plug and play so all good and Socks was blinded by my reverse lights on Tues night.

Best to install at night for max effect

Let me know if there are any probs as I have a couple of spare sets just in case.

I would plug them in first and check to see if the cold bulb checks are causing any issues. On our E91 I haven't noticed any cold checks only start up (warm checks) so there is no coding required.

Also shouldn't the start up checks be caused "cold checks" and any subsequent checks "warm checks"

BTW the Carly up will remove the bulb checks all together which you don't really want to do.

Anyway, I would just plug and play and see how they go.
