This may have come up already but who should I ask for when I call there? I have that 9am slot on the 9th and would like to confirm if I should bring a new intake gasket or if they can provide and if they'll install a oil catch can for me same day. Thx

I've been dealing with Ryan through email, but you can ask anyone that answers the phone I'm sure. They only do BMW/Mini, so they know these cars inside and out.

Just a follow up on this...

Spoke with Ryan @ Helix and he said typically the intake valve gaskets are fine and do not need to be replaced so you should not have to replace the gasket or BYOG :-)

Was told the same thing when I called before having mine done last summer, and mine were perfectly fine
