I would definitely rock a wheel like that... just wish it was flat bottom like the Audi RS's or Merc AMG's. Of course, there's no need for it since the 335i is actually her car, not mine... and it's auto. Speaking of auto though, and sorry for the quick thread jack, are people swapping the sport/step paddles with SMG paddles, or rewiring/reprogramming it so right hand is shift up and left hand is shift down??? It drives me nuts the whole pull to shift up push to shift down.

I wonder if the wheel uses the same system my g-tech pro meter does, and gets its rpm readout (or shift light mark) by the change in the car's electrical load. It seems like it, and it has some of the same features the g-tech meters have.

I rewired my wheel to the Left-down Right-up configuration....Took a day or two getting used to but i'm really glad i did it!

It's pretty easy to do too...hardest part is popping out the airbag, rest takes less than 10 minutes.....

DIY for this pleaseeee?!?!?! I would love to replace my steering wheel for an M DCT steering wheel instead.. esp with the white led + and - on the paddles

edit: with the paddle shifter part number it looks like it can... very very tempting.
