my two cents here ...

if you guys set the date for the 18th and people have replied, you are gonna create a lot of confusion throwing the 19th into there ... and honestly the time doesn't matter if you set for 4 or 5 ... just set the time cause no one is gonna be on time anyways and usually everyone comes late ... whoever set the meet up, take charge set the time and date and forget it ... don't mess around with changing the date and time ...
