There are people that know vastly more than the average person knows, and to be honest, we must trust that those people have our best interests at heart because we will never have the whole story anyway.

If it doesn't make a difference to you whether or not we are alone in the universe, you're a special breed indeed. The vast majority of people would like access to that information if it's available.

I agree, it is a major life and world changing issue.

There is a lot of unknown about what will happen, which is why I think the government are trying to keep it under wraps as long as possible.

We can't even live in peace with people of a different color how we going to relate to aliens LOL

What's new? It's the USA...

It's likely that there is and has been some percentage of smoke and mirrors, but extremely unlikely that it's 100%. I think all everyone that cares is asking for is that small percentage (not that I believe they will get it).

Can't confirm nor deny we have alien tech, but the night vision we have now is supposedly a derivative of alien tech handed to us. You can go down the red color night vision rabbit hole.
