Thanks man I actually already have it on i just need to finish up with the wiring of everything. Trunk fits great so far and looks awesome! Only issue I had was as the other member stated the license plate cut outs. I had a really hard time getting them in and I still think they're not in all the way, but I think it'll be fine. Same goes for the trunk latch to open it manually. And for me all the holes are missing for the cover, but im gonna get a drill and it should be no problem.

Ill say though you did a great job with shipment and the trunk is sick! A few minor mods and everything is great Thanks again man id recommend you as a seller to anyone.

You got a pm. the best way is just to use some strong 3M double sided tape to secure the emblem without drilling the holes. Its easier to sell the trunk later this way.

No, they are working. We have just re-stocked on some more of those trunks. They are flying odd the shelves pretty quickly.

So I have my trunk completely installed except for one issue? The trunk wont close ha. I think the latch isn't angled right. Im gonna work on it this weekend, but have you had this issue at all and do you know how to fix it? Either way I love the way the trunk looks its perfect and the fitment besides that is excellent!

i really want to jump on this before spring. but it sounds like there's quite a bit of fitting work involved... i guess its not wise to attempt the install on my own?

There isn't much work involved at all. I have installed one and I didn't have to fit or adjust anything at all. I didn't touch the holes for the license plate bracket either.

The trunk should close fine. Just press on it harder. It won't close as easy as OEM one because it is much lighter. I had the same issue with a VRS trunk for the same reason.

There are no FRP trunks coming. there is no point in making them when carbon trunks are pretty cheap.

We have the full amuse kit coming for a e92. That will make quite a combo together with the trunk.

Figured I'd show a little bit more.

Here is what the trunk looks like with Mtec rear+CF Diffuser. Keep in mind I'm missing that little trim piece between the bumper and diffuser.

Also, for those of you having trouble closing the trunk, it just needs to be slammed. make sure it lines up right and slam it closed. The trunk is really strong I wouldn't be worried about it as long as you're using reasonable force. After a couple weeks, the trunk doesn't need to be slammed anymore. I think the rubber surround becomes accustomed to the new trunk and it fits perfect.
