Ok kids, I finally got an Email back from CPX.

Here is the deal, the date is open, but to reserve it officially we need 10 paid players upfront.

I am asking if they would be willing to take individual payments over the phone or in person from us till we have 10 - then the date is locked in.

If they don't do that, do we have anyone willing to throw down $450 on a credit card and get paid back?

It's $45 per person. Which includes 4 hrs of private play, all rental equipment and 500 paint ball rounds (I am told you go through about 200-300 per hour so chances are everyone will need to buy extras - the good news is they are cheaper in bulk so 4-5 guys can go in on a bag of like 2500 for less money).

We can book the private time for either 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. Also the fees are good for all day long so if you want to stay and play in the public leagues after our private games are over you can do so at no extra charge.

We can add players to the "roster" until 7 days in advance of the date, then there is an extra $10 charge per late addition.

Also just note: Rescheduling policy: More than 7 days notice = $50 fee; Less than 7 days notice = $100 flat fee plus $5 per player.

Because of that I think its best we have SOLID commitments to do this by at least 10 guys.

Good Deal Man Saturday is good and I would vote for 1pm and this place is far so I would need time to find the place and get there.
