I say like 9 groups of people. But the race was against 4 people (including me) and then the second race 3 people.

I'm shot from 4 highly competitive races today back to back. Night.

It was a good time. Nice meeting all that showed up yesterday. I was close to winning. Out of the the N54 owners Shiv was first, I was second with a 29.834 in race number two. I swear it was my kart. It was just to dam loose.

So did anyone actually buy a Procede, and also was there taste testers there that have a JB tune which tried out the Procede tune?

Yes to both questions. MrWhite went from JB3 to V4.

went from 1.4 to v4 i guess.... im 6mt xi .... just nice having everything all in one... no more need for the bt tool... it just felt like a different car and smooth as hell... try them both out for yourself before making a choice ... they both work great and both put down a lotta power...

to me its like an ak47 and an m16 ... they both shoot bullets just how they go about doing it is different... if you are going to need lots of help and whatnot with your tune and cant figure out things on your own i would recommend going with the JB3 as from what i have heard there is much better customer service... i know that terry has helped me out a few times just not sure about shivs customer service. in the end they are both great tunes just wanted to change it up a bit ... for all i know 2.0 was amazing and i missed out and wasted a 100 bucks or so

AAAhh.. that explains it. I was going to ask this very same question.

I knew you hadn't tried 2.0 yet. Im not bashing, im just thinking that you should have tried the 2.0 since you had the hardware already and could have saved yourself the $$.

I know that from 1.4 to 2.0 felt like a whole new animal, so if V4 is even close to 2.0, i can understand your switch.

Hope you enjoy it, I'll have 2.0 myself here in a few days so if your close to AKM one day next week, we can swap as i would like to try V4 as well.
then you can still take advantage of the 14 day money back gurantee

sagra had 2.0 and said that the v4 is a different beast... he compared to to the smoothness of the flash tunes ... and for the price i paid ( $7something for changing for a competing tune) was not that bad to me... just put of getting a new gun for a month or so more... also i i like the visual confirmation of the tune you have on/ the progressive meth spray maps not just changing over to a different map at a certain psi... along with the speed delimiter, and code clearing all built in... yes i have a bt tool but now its all-in-one... i told myself that i was not going to promote the product as i was a jb3 user and was looking for something negative to say about it but i just liked it.... try them both ... im sure some will like the JB3 2.0 more and some will go the other way... not looking to turn this into a comparison/bash/flame/war/whatnot so lets just leave it at i wanted to change things up and liked how it felt nuff said... do a search if you want a true comparison

I don't have 2.0, I had JB3 1.1 and a V3 non-canbus, but I tested LostMarine's beta 2.0. 2.0 is damn smooth but the V4 felt even better...I wish I could explain it with graphs, etc, but I am just going off my uncalibrated butt dyno.
2.0 felt more powerful, but that's because LostMarine has every mod besides meth and the V4 car I tested at GPNY was stock besides the V4.

Which 2.0 beta firmware did he have when you drove it?

I have been reading that there is a night and day difference on 2.0 after the 2/4 firmware came out thats why im asking. so if thats true, then both tunes are pretty close, as to be expected, but you would need to drive the latest firmware again for accuracy, on smoothness anyway.

As for power differance, well ,thats just in the mods, can't really compare stock/tune - fully modded

V4 and jb3 2.0 are boy close by any means. Those who have actually compared the two can testify to that. If you haven't, do so and see for yourself.

We will be releasing new rev.1 v3 maps within the next week or so that will be more along the lines of 2.0. But it will still be a far cry from v4 due to lack of CAN integration.
