The hotel is actually quite a busy bar & restaurant at night, used by the public more so than guests.

Instead it's the in-laws 40th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow and they're all bloody coming to ours!! So today I'm under orders prepping the house for the Royal visit.

No escape from weekend chores!

Paul, just sent you text, not sure how I've done it but I've completely got the dates mixed up, didn't realise the 12th was TOMORROW, I was gearing up for NEXT weekend to head down to Stafford .

Sorry everyone, I was really pulling out all the stops to be there and was looking forward to meeting everyone and reminding how capable old-skool BMWs are .

Ironically, I'd move a couple of tasks from next Sunday to tomorrow to enable me to attend, it's too late to shift them back now so I'm stuck .
