I only do road, Cannondale six 5...For the winter I've had my bike hooked up to the trainer so I could just hop on and go for a bit. It's hard to get the motivation though, its so boring. With spring coming, I'll start doing it again though. A couple of weeks ago though we had a 55-60 degree day and I took advantage, that was really nice.

SM. Santa Monica?

Been browsing some deals in east Malibu and Pacific Palisades. Looking for a lock and leave type property. Ocean One in SM is nice but prices are roofed in there.

How are you liking the change from B?

Ocean One may be in PP. I forget...

Yeah I work in Santa Monica, live in Hollywood Hills. But I'm actually moving to Malibu April 1st.

I absolutely love it out here. Yesterday I was talking to my dad, who lives in New Hampshire, and he said that the weather reached a "balmy" 40 degrees yesterday so he decided to drive to the park to take a walk but all the sidewalks were frozen over. I just laughed and said I'm sorry and he said, "Yeah go ahead and laugh"
